Called Joe from JCB Carpet yesterday to clean my stairs. He came this morning and did a great job. He was on time and took exactly how long he said he would. I highly recommend him.

I had Joe from JCB Carpet Cleaning come to clean my townhouse last week and let me just say I was absolutly thrilled with his professionalism and wonderful work. He arrived a few minutes early, he walked through the house to double check what I wanted cleaned and then got right to work. He did the work in the exact amount of time he said it would take him and it looks wonderful. I was so pleased with him when I first met him that I felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I ran some errands. Joe's prices were reasonable for the high quality work I recieved. I will never use another carpet cleaner again. Since I had him come out my neighbor has used him and so has a friend of mine. We all agreed that there is no other carpet cleaner out there like him!

We are very satisfied!: With two large dogs and active lifestyles, the carpets in our house take a real beating. My wife and I have tried both dry and wet/steam cleaning systems in the past with limited success. I have even tried cleaning the carpets with a steam cleaner -- figuring if you want it done right, do it yourself. We have never been 100% satisfied with any carpet cleaning service, and because of that do not have our carpets cleaned as often as we should or would like. I guess we have always felt it was a waste of money because our carpets were never cleaned to our satisfaction... until now!

JCB came highly recommended from a friend. Due to past experiences, I was highly skeptical, but my wife talked me into giving them a try. JCB is not a franchise. The owner, Joe Bouch (sp?), is also the person that does the cleaning. I appreciate that because the owner has a direct interest in making sure the job is done right.

Beginning with the estimate, JCB was prompt, courteous and honest. After receiving a quote to clean our entire house, we found the price to be VERY affordable. In fact, I asked my wife if the estimate was for just one level of our house. It was for two levels! With that in mind, we figured it was worth a try.

How did JCB do? EXCELLENT!

If you have read any of my other reviews, you know by now that I have fairly high expectations. JCB is one of the fews places that not only meets, but exceeds my expectations. I am 100% satisfied with their service. Our carpets look great. Every pet stain, drink spill, high traffic areas and years of soiled wear are completely gone. JCB was even able to remove the black ring from around the edges of our carpets. JCB moved small furniture and used blocks to prop up wooden and other delicate surfaces while the carpet dried. I could go on, but will spare you the details.

In summary, we could not be happier. Our carpets look and smell great. Because the price is so affordable, we will likely have our carpets cleaned more often. If you want your carpets cleaned right by someone that is professional, courteous, reliable and affordable... this is your place! Give JCB a try and you will be glad you did!
